Return & Exchange Policy

At Only Authentics, we take pride in offering carefully curated, authentic luxury pieces. Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory, all sales are subject to the following return policy:

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit and can be used toward any future purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

Due to the exceptionally high value and limited availability of our items, including but not limited to Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags, all exchanges and store credit requests are subject to strict review and approval.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in flawless condition, exactly as received
  • No protective seals, tags, or security measures may be removed or tampered with
  • All original packaging and contents must be included, including but not limited to:
    • Original box
    • Dust bags
    • Rain covers
    • Lock and keys
    • Clochette
    • Authenticity cards or documentation
    • Receipts or certificates when applicable
  • Items must show no signs of handling, wear, odor, creasing, scuffing, or alteration
  • Items that fail our in-house authentication and condition inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer

Important Notice for High-Value Items

  • Hermès bags and comparable luxury items are final sale unless explicitly approved for store credit
  • Any item returned with missing components or altered condition will be deemed ineligible
  • Only Authentics reserves the sole discretion to determine eligibility for exchange or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • All final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit

  • Customized or special-order items are final sale

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • Only Authentics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable
